• Initial 60-minute consultation to review your health history, goals, and vision for birth
• Comprehensive prenatal visits on the standard midwifery schedule (monthly until 28 weeks, every two weeks until 36 weeks, then weekly until birth)
• Extra visits available if needed
• Ample time at each appointment to talk about your and your baby’s well-being, answer questions, and discuss upcoming choices in your care
• Nutritional guidance and tailored education for pregnancy and birth
• Client workbook + access to our lending library
• In-office lab testing and ultrasound referrals if needed
• Referrals to trusted professionals such as chiropractors, lactation consultants, or doulas
• Support by phone, text, or email during pregnancy

• In-office visits after your baby is born to check on your physical recovery, emotional well-being, and newborn’s adjustment
• Support with breastfeeding and newborn care
• Guidance for postpartum recovery, nutrition, and emotional health
• Resources and referrals as needed for additional support
• Continued availability for questions and reassurance in the early weeks of parenthood

We are committed to connecting our clients with community resources to support their health and well-being. We provide information and referrals for services such as lactation support, mental health counseling, and parenting classes.
